No-Yawn Yoga at The Quest 9:00 a.m., Tuesdays and Saturdays Starting July 7th Located on the greenspace outside the clubhouse 40-minute, easygoing, FUN activity! $7/class
It’s just breathing and moving. The word “yoga” means union, and the activity of yoga positions the body to support flexibility and strength. We’ll simply unite breath with movement to help that happen! It’s just practice. There’s always more for the body to learn and do with yoga—so participating just means practicing! Be present, not perfect. It’s a “shorter stack” of poses. A typical yoga class consists of a series of body positions, or poses. Using a shorter class format, we’ll “stack” a few poses after a warmup for a manageable approach to how yoga works. You golfers will get some great twisting to help you swing those clubs! It’s not too serious. We’ll do this with ease and humor. No pressurized personal training here! Making it fun for you is mandatory. It’s physically, mentally, and emotionally beneficial. We’ll ease into poses that support strength and flexibility without draining energy. You’ll get a quick physical workout—and with yoga’s concentration on breath and movement, you’ll relax your mind and rejuvenate your spirit!
